Hibernian: No gesture ban for Jason Cummings
Hibernian striker Jason Cummings has avoided a one-match ban after the case against him making an offensive gesture was found "not proven".
The 19-year-old was alleged to have made the gesture after scoring the opening goal in his side's 1-1 derby draw with Hearts at Tynecastle.
The striker was booked following his celebration by referee Steven McLean.
Cummings, a former youth player at Hearts, has scored nine goals for the Edinburgh side this season.
