David Fox signs Colchester United deal until summer

League One strugglers Colchester United have extended the contract of midfielder David Fox until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old returned to his former club in October on a three-month deal and has started every game since.
"I feel as though I'm on a mission here and jumping ship for something pretty similar elsewhere seemed pointless," he told BBC Essex.
"I feel it's on me and the boys to keep this club up and push on from there."
He added: "There were other options but the manager's put a lot of faith in me and I'm enjoying it every week."
Meanwhile, defender Kaspars Gorkss is in talks over an extension, with his contract set to expire this week.
