Inter Milan have signed Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri for an undisclosed fee.
The Switzerland international, who scored a World Cup hat-trick against Honduras, was a target for Stoke City and was also linked with Liverpool.
The 23-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half-year contract, committing him to Roberto Mancini's side until June 2019.
Shaqiri joined Bayern from Basel in 2012 and won two Bundesliga titles and the 2013 Champions League.
The Kosovo-born wideman is Inter's second high profile signing this month, following Germany forward Lukas Podolski's loan switch from Arsenal.
