Aldershot Town: Danny East and Ryan Jarvis join on loan

East, left, started his career at Hull while Jarvis came through the youth ranks at Norwich City

Aldershot Town have signed Portsmouth defender Danny East and York City forward Ryan Jarvis on loan.

Right-back East, 23, has not featured for Pompey this season and will be with the Shots until 9 February.

Former Norwich, Leyton Orient and Torquay United striker Jarvis has joined the Conference side until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old has made nine appearances for the Minstermen this season without scoring.

Meanwhile, Aldershot have cancelled the contracts of midfielders Naby Diallo and Tristan Plummer by mutual consent.
