Scott McManus grabbed Clyde's winner 10 minutes from time as East Stirlingshire slipped to the bottom of League Two.
Clyde's Scott Ferguson and Shire's David McKenna were both denied by the woodwork in the first half.
Stephen O'Donnell rifled Clyde ahead from close range after the break, but Neil McCabe bundled in an equaliser.
Greenhill then rocked the crossbar for the hosts, but McManus fired past Richard Barnard at the other end to settle the contest.
McManus' first goal since October moved the visitors up to sixth with their first win in 2015, while Shire have now lost six of their last seven.
