Conference table-toppers Barnet made it back-to-back wins with a battling victory over 10-man Woking.
John Akinde notched his 25th goal of the season from the penalty spot, after being fouled by Joe McNerney, who was subsequently sent off.
Woking's woes deepened when a defensive mix-up led to Joey Jones poking the ball into his own net.
The visitors pulled a goal back against the run of play when substitute Yemi Odubade slotted in, but Barnet held on.
Woking boss Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:
"I think that everyone who witnessed the game today saw a big decision after 26 minutes in a game we were very much in control of.
"It was bad enough to give the penalty at that time, which was a stunner, but even more so when he got a red card. To send him off is a decision which has been a big blow.
"We've given a cheap second goal away but we hung in for the last 20 minutes by getting a very good goal and to be honest at that stage Barnet were rocking.
"It was a very frustrating day and I feel for the supporters today."
