Clyde recorded back-to-back Scottish League Two victories after edging out Annan at the Broadwood Stadium.
The visitors created the first chance when midfielder Rabin Omar's header was tipped over by goalkeeper Alan Martin.
Clyde took the lead in 45 minutes when Mark Roberts headed in Paul Slane's cross, and team-mates Keigan Parker and Scott Durie later hit the woodwork.
Annan's Andrew Mitchell blasted over a free-kick late on as the visitors slumped to a disappointing defeat.
