Transfer Deadline Day: Southend's Jason Williams joins Welling

Conference side Welling United have signed Southend striker Jason Williams on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old, who has made four appearances for the Shrimpers, had a spell on loan at Conference South side Chelmsford earlier in the campaign.
"Jason had a fairly prolific spell at Chelmsford and has attracted attention from some big Conference clubs," said Wings boss Jody Brown.
"We've needed a centre-forward and we've managed to secure one."
He added: "Southend manager Phil Brown was very helpful with this deal and we are grateful."
