Freedman undaunted by Forest job

New Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman tells BBC East Midlands Today he had no qualms about taking over and says it is a wonderful opportunity for him.

Freedman has replaced Reds legend Stuart Pearce after a run of six defeats in seven games left the club 13 points off the play-offs and just seven points clear of the relegation zone.

Forest are also without a chief executive after Paul Faulkner resigned, but Freedman says the players are talented and are under-achieving and that he is not fazed by any off-pitch issues.
