Chesterfield 2-3 Leyton Orient

Dean Cox scored a 101st-minute winner for relegation-threatened Leyton Orient against Chesterfield in League One.

An injury to Chesterfield's Ian Evatt in eight minutes of added time saw the game extended further and Cox poked in after home keeper Tommy Lee fumbled.

Jay O'Shea gave the home side the lead with a penalty, before David Mooney tapped in to an open net to level.

Elliott Omozusi scored an own goal to restore Chesterfield's lead but Mooney drove in to level before Cox won it.

Chesterfield manager Paul Cook told BBC Radio Sheffield:

"We never played well. We were just a bit flat. Everything was just a bit flat for us today.

"It's up to us to get ourselves going and make things happen.

"We've scored goals at great times and unfortunately we couldn't hold out."

Leyton Orient goalscorer Dean Cox speaking to BBC London 94.9:

"We spoke before the game saying our season needs to start now.

"It's a good start but it's only a start. We are not going to get carried away and there is a lot of work to do.

"As footballers, players and fans we don't want to lose that togetherness at the club."
