Isaac had a goal ruled out for offside before Simeon Akinola glanced a header wide for the home team.
Marks headed in from a corner to break the deadlock before setting up Isaac to curl into the bottom corner for 2-0.
Alfreton scored a consolation when Anthony Howell headed home in stoppage time, but it was too late and they remain inside the relegation zone.
