On-loan Charlton Athletic defender Milos Veljkovic has been ruled out for the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder.
The 19-year-old will require surgery on the injury, which he sustained in the 3-1 defeat at Middlesbrough last Saturday.
Veljkovic made three appearances after joining the Addicks from Tottenham Hotspur last month.
The Serbia Under-21 international is set to undergo an operation on Monday.
"He wanted to try the rehabilitation route, rather than the surgical one, but the damage is quite severe," Charlton physio Erol Umut told the club website.
"It's a bad one and the shoulder is unstable now. He has been advised by the Tottenham medical staff, as well as the shoulder specialist, that the best thing for him to do is have an operation.
"This, unfortunately, means that his season is all but over because those kind of injuries normally take around nine to 12 weeks to come back from."
Veljkovic has made two senior appearances for Spurs since joining from FC Basel in 2011.
