Aaron Bentley: Alfreton Town sign Plymouth Argyle defender on loan

Alfreton Town are currently in the Conference relegation places and are one point from safety

Conference side Alfreton Town have signed young defender Aaron Bentley from League Two Plymouth Argyle on a month-long loan.

The 19-year-old has featured four times for the Pilgrims since he turned professional in the summer.

Bentley was sent off in the first half of his last appearance for Argyle when they lost 2-1 to Oxford in December.

Alfreton, managed by former Argyle player Nicky Law, currently lie 21st in the Conference table.
