Chesterfield extend Caolan Lavery loan deal until end of the season

Caolan Lavery has represented Northern Ireland at Under-21 level

League One club Chesterfield have extended the loan deal of Sheffield Wednesday forward Caolan Lavery until the end of the season.

Northern Ireland Under-21 international Lavery, 22, has scored three goals in seven games since joining the Spireites on February's transfer deadline day.

The Spireites are currently ninth, two points off the play-offs.

Lavery tweeted: "Happy to have extended my loan with Chesterfield till the end of the season."
