Dundee United forward Nadir Ciftci has avoided a two-match ban following a disciplinary tribunal.
Ciftci was accused of breaching Scottish FA disciplinary rules by striking Inverness defender Gary Warren "upon his neck or head with your arm".
The 23-year-old challenged his offer of a two-game suspension and, at Thursday's hearing, the outcome was stated as: "Breach not proved".
United play Celtic in Sunday's Scottish Cup quarter-final at Tannadice.
However, Ciftci will miss the League Cup final against Celtic on 15 March due to a previous suspension incurred in that competition.
