Aberystwyth Town 1-1 Airbus UK Broughton (AET - Airbus won 4-2 on penalties): Craig Williams gave the home side the lead early in extra time after a goalless 90 minutes but his strike was cancelled out by Ryan Wignall, who was sent-off two minutes later after receiving a second yellow card. Aberystwyth keeper Mike Lewis saved Tom Field's penalty before the game went into a shoot-out in which Rhydian Davies and Luke Sherbon missed their kicks for the home side.
Bangor City 1-2 Newtown AFC: Newtown, Welsh Cup winners in 1879 and 1895, came from behind to book their place in the semi-finals with victory at Bangor. Callum Morris gave the home side the lead but goals from Matthew Owen and Tom Goodwin saw Chris Hughes's side advance to the last four.
Gap Connah's Quay 0-1 The New Saints: Holders The New Saints are through to the semi-finals after Scott Quigley's first half goal secured victory at Deeside Stadium.

Carmarthen Town 1-2 Rhyl: First-half goals from Mark Cadwallader and Ashley Ruane sent Rhyl into the semi-finals, despite a late rally by Carmarthen that saw Cortez Belle pull a goal back.
