Match ends, AFC Telford United 1, Woking 3.
Woking boosted their play-off hopes by inflicting a sixth loss in seven games on Conference bottom club Telford.
The Cards took the lead just after the break from the spot through Scott Rendell after John Goddard was brought down by Godfrey Poku inside the box.
Telford levelled through a Rod McDonald header from Sean Clancy's corner.
But Woking struck twice in the last 10 minutes as Kevin Betsy restored their lead, before Giuseppe Sole slotted home from Keiran Murtagh's through ball.
Victory leaves seventh-placed Woking seven points behind Forest Green, who are in the final play-off spot with a game in hand.
Telford, who had new on-loan Wolves striker Bradley Reid making his debut, remain backmarkers, now 14 points adrift of safety with just eight games left.
AFC Telford United manager Steve Kittrick told BBC Radio Shropshire:
"We weren't good enough. At this level you can't make mistakes. It was a penalty, there is no doubt about that. Players at this level know how to play games. And Conference players don't make those type of mistakes.
"Certain players play at a certain level for a reason. You have to remember that it takes time to build a side, but we have to stick behind everyone as you can't get through games purely on adrenaline and effort.
"Until it's mathematically not right, I am not going to give up. We need to have a go against Gateshead here on Tuesday. It is hard, but we have to keep going."
Woking boss Garry Hill told BBC Surrey:
"It was a good three points. The sort of game we had to win, to see how high we can get in the table. It's a big three points for us, no doubt about it.
"There's never an easy game in this league. I know Telford haven't had the best of seasons but, since the new manager came in, they've been better.
"They were very hard work for us but our little bit of quality in the end showed. When Kieran Murtagh plays like that, he is as good as anything in the league."
