Annan hit back from two goals down to earn a point at Berwick and halt a three-game losing streak.
Berwick broke the deadlock late in the first half when Andrew Russell finished off Darren Lavery's pass.
Russell struck his second with a close-range finish, but Annan pulled one back within 60 seconds when Peter Weatherson played in Josh Todd and the midfielder converted.
The visitors then drew level through striker Junior Ogen's header.
