Match ends, Borussia Dortmund 0, Juventus 3.
- Tevez scores twice and creates Morata goal
- Dortmund equal worst Champions League loss
- Juve only Italian side in Friday's draw
Carlos Tevez struck a brace and created another goal as Juventus eased past Borussia Dortmund and into the Champions League quarter-finals.
The Juve striker smashed in from 30 yards early on, giving his side a 3-1 aggregate lead and a key away goal.
The home side pressed but created little and Tevez squared for Alvaro Morata to finish after half-time.
It left Dortmund needing four in the final 20 minutes and Tevez compounded their misery, firing in from 18 yards.
The former Manchester United and Manchester City player opened the scoring three weeks ago in Turin and his early blast at Dortmund's Westfalenstadion provided Juve with a platform to seal their third Champions League quarter-final spot in nine seasons.
Massimiliano Allegri's side - twice winners of the competition - will be an opponent few will relish being paired with in Friday's draw as with a 14-point cushion in Serie A, they can afford to focus fully on a tilt at a first European Cup win since 1996.
These are happy times for fans of the Old Lady. Five years ago to the day they were beaten 4-1 by Fulham in the Europa League but they have won their domestic title every year since and have conceded just 14 goals so far as they close in on another inevitable Scudetto this year.
Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp said his side faced "football's biggest challenge" in scoring against an Italian side with a lead to defend and in truth, their own poor defending led to them being comfortably picked apart.
Even without the injured Andrea Pirlo and having lost midfield engine Paul Pogba to a hamstring injury in the opening period, Juventus were comfortable in midfield and Morata could have doubled their lead twice before he effectively ended the tie.

Roman Weidenfeller in Dortmund's goal was slow to react to Tevez's opener but denied Morata with his shoulder and later his legs, before the Spaniard had a tap-in when Tevez raced clear.
The German side's supporters put on a show of defiance before kick-off with a stunning mosaic remembering their Champions League final win over Juventus in 1997 but their side lacked the ingenuity Ottmar Hitzfeld's side showed 18 years ago.
Juve keeper Gianluigi Buffon made just two saves all night and he punched the air with joy when Tevez took a touch 18 yards out before lashing their third late on.
It was his sixth Champions League goal of the season, a tally not achieved by a Juventus player since David Trezeguet in 2006 and they will be the only Italian representatives in Friday's last-eight draw.
Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp: "We were too harmless. If you don't shoot on goal, you can't score. Every minute the opponent gained in confidence and we ended up having none. Juve were simply better than us, but they also had the perfect start after three minutes."
Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri: "I am very satisfied because we advanced after playing two very good games. We were disciplined and allowed Dortmund very little without making many fouls."
