Cardiff City: Arsenal's Semi Ajayi joins Bluebirds on loan

Semi Ajayi's deal at the Cardiff City Stadium will run through until May 2

Cardiff City have signed Arsenal's Semi Ajayi on an emergency loan for the rest of the season, subject to international clearance.

Nigerian Under-21 Ajayi, 21, scored for the Bluebirds development side against Coventry City earlier this month before completing his move to Wales.

The central defender joined the Gunners from Charlton in July 2013.

He has been an unused substitute several times for Arsene Wenger's side in the Premier League this season.
