Dynamo Kiev will have to close part of their stadium for the Europa League quarter-final after their fans' racist behaviour towards Everton players.
The offence took place in the second leg of Kiev's win over the Toffees.
The punishment will be served in the first leg of the Ukrainian club's last-eight tie with Fiorentina on 16 April.
Kiev have also been fined 15,000 euros (£10,950) by Uefa for setting off fireworks and for insufficient organisation in the stadium.
