Paul Watson gave the hosts a half-time lead after running into the box and firing across goal into the bottom corner.
An own goal from Andrew Steeves levelled for the Spiders and Shaun Rooney coolly converted to put the visitors in front.
But Garry Wood levelled from 12 yards in the closing stages.
