Netherlands 1-1 Turkey

Netherlands
Netherlands are at risk of failing to qualify for the finals of the 2016 European Championships

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar scored an injury-time equaliser to rescue a point for the Netherlands at home to Turkey.

But the 1-1 draw did little to boost Dutch hopes of qualifying for the finals of Euro 2016.

They remain six points behind Group A leaders Czech Republic, who surrendered their 100% start as they were held 1-1 by Latvia.

Guus Hiddink's Dutch side are third and are now five points behind second-place Iceland, who won 3-0 in Kazakhstan.

Elsewhere, Marouane Fellaini scored twice, with Christian Benteke and Eden Hazard also on target, as Belgium beat Cyprus 5-0, leaving them three points behind Group B leaders Wales.

Italy came from behind to draw 2-2 with Bulgaria, but lost ground to Group H leaders Croatia, who continued their impressive home form in beating Norway 5-1 in Zagreb.

Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko claimed a hat-trick as Bosnia-Hercegovina earned a first win in Group B, triumphing 3-0 in Andorra.

Robert Prosinecki enjoyed success in his first game in charge of Azerbaijan with a 2-0 victory over Malta in Group H.

"This was our present to the Azerbaijani people," the former Real Madrid and Portsmouth midfielder said.
