Conference side Chester have secured a 50-year lease on their Swansway Chester Stadium ground.
The Blues' previous agreement to play at the ground was close to expiring but they have signed new terms with Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The new deal comes a few days after boss Steve Burr signed a two-year contract extension.
"We can now build for the future with confidence," said City Fans United board chairman Grenville Millington.
The stadium was formerly the home of Chester City, who were wound up in March 2010, and Chester FC have played there since their formation two months afterwards.
Chester have also announced that defenders Ben Heneghan, 22, and Ryan Higgins, 20. have signed contracts until the end of the 2015-16 season.
