League One side Fleetwood Town have extended the loan spell of Brighton defender Adam Chicksen until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old has played seven games since moving on an initial one-month loan deal.
The left-back was initially brought in as cover for Stephen Crainey when he was suspended.
"He was very keen to stay and he is a very good player that has done well for us," said boss Graham Alexander.
"We are delighted with how he has come in and settled into the group. But first and foremost, Adam is a very good player."
Fleetwood currently sit 12th in the table but are only four points off the play-off places.
