Kieron St Aimie's pinpoint cross found Jake Gallagher, who headed home to give the Wings the lead.
St Aimie doubled Welling's lead before half-time in comical fashion as Kiddie 'keeper Danny Lewis's kick smashed into the forward and into the net.
Sam Corne's neat finish completed the win for Welling, who lie three points adrift of safety in 21st position.
The result means Kidderminster have now won just one of their last 13 games and are currently without a chairman following Ken Rae's resignation on Friday.
