Darrell Clarke's Bristol Rovers let in a late equaliser at Dover to stop them from returning to the top of the Conference with one game left to play.
The Dover midfielder scrambled the ball home from a yard out after Will Puddy failed to deal with a cross.
Ellis Harrison had given Rovers the lead as he volleyed in from close range after Nathan Blissett headed down Chris Lines' free kick.
Rovers would have gone top with a win after Barnet drew 1-1 at Kidderminster.
But the draw means Rovers are still one point behind Barnet ahead of the final round of fixtures next week.
Rovers must win their final game of the season at home to relegation-threatened Alfreton, and hope Barnet do not win at home to Gateshead, if they are to make an immediate return to the Football League after relegation from League Two on the final day of last season.
