Truro City boss Steve Tully says he will open negotiations with his players in the next few weeks as he builds a squad for the Conference South.
City 1-0 in the Southern Premier League play-off final.
"We'll speak to the players in the next couple of weeks," Tully said.
"We'll offer contracts and things like that to players. Some will sign them, some won't. But we want to keep the core of this squad together."
City are returning to the Conference South after two years in the Southern Premier League, and a number of the current squad were with the club in the higher division.
"They know what it'll take to go up a level and I've got no doubt that they'll be a success in the next league," Tully told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"When you win a promotion you sometimes go on and get two or three, and we're not going to be happy just to stay up next year, we want to push on again.
"If you keep improving you'll keep getting better and you've got a chance of going up again and we'll keep pushing again."
