Boreham Wood and Guiseley will play in non-league football's top tier next season after winning their respective play-off finals on Saturday.
Substitute Nicky Boshell netted Guiseley's winner as they came from 2-0 down to defeat Chorley 3-2 in the Conference North play-off final.
In the Conference South, Boreham Wood beat Whitehawk 2-1 after extra time, with Junior Morias the match-winner.
Both sides are into the fifth tier for the first time in their history.
They will join Barrow and Bromley - the champions of Conference North and Conference South respectively - at that level next term, as well as Tranmere Rovers and Cheltenham - who were both relegated from League Two.
The division has been rebranded and will be known as the National League next season.
