Nicky Law will continue as manager of Alfreton Town next season despite their relegation to Conference North, chairman Wayne Bradley has confirmed.
The Reds dropped out of the Conference Premier on goal difference on the final day of the season.
But Bradley said he had "little hesitation" in keeping Law, who has been in charge since since May 2007.
"The re-appointment of Nicky Law is the best thing for the club at this time," Bradley said.
"The benefits of a single-minded manager are huge. I confirmed a new, decreased playing budget and a decreased management budget, but Nicky's desire to put things right were clearly greater than any monetary hurdles."
Alfreton secured US investment of up to £250,000 in January this year.
