Lincoln City have signed Mansfield Town striker Matt Rhead on a two-year deal.
The 30-year-old, who scored 15 goals in 120 league games since joining the Stags, played 32 games in League Two this term - but only half were starts.
Mansfield manager Adam Murray said: "We offered a deal to Matt which we believed to be of good value for the club and for what he brought.
"Matt has decided he wants to pursue his career elsewhere and has taken the decision to drop to the Conference."
Stoke-born Rhead has also played for Corby Town, Eastwood Town, Kidsgrove Athletic, Nantwich Town and Congleton Town.
