Paige Williams scored a stoppage-time penalty to complete a dramatic 3-2 comeback win for Everton at Oxford.

Lauren Allison put Oxford ahead after just 12 seconds, with Katie Stanley making it 2-0 before Michelle Hinnigan pulled one back with a free-kick.

Millie Turner levelled after the break with a header and Williams won it from the spot after Danielle Turner was brought down by keeper Demi Lambourne.

Victory lifts Everton to fourth in the Women's Super League Two table.

While the Toffees won for the first time in four games to move ahead of Oxford in the standings, third-placed Yeovil overcame Watford to extend their unbeaten run to six games and keep pace with frontrunners Reading and Doncaster Rovers Belles.

The Glovers beat Watford 4-2 at Berkhamsted to remain three points adrift of leaders Reading, who are ahead of Doncaster at the summit on goal difference alone.

Annie Heaterherson scored two goals and set up Natasha Knapman and Helen Bleazard for the win. Yeovil now face Doncaster in their final game before the mid-season international break.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa fought back to beat London Bees 2-1, with second-half goals from Katie Wilkinson and Olivia Fergusson coming after Amber Gaylor gave the WSL's bottom side a 24th minute lead.
