Motherwell have signed Josh Law on a new deal that will keep him at Fir Park until the summer of 2017.
The 25-year-old right-back, who joined the Steelmen from Alfreton Town last May, had offers from clubs in England, says the Motherwell website.
He said: "I'm delighted to get things sorted early in the summer and I can fully concentrate on another two years.
"This is the club who showed faith in me and the people here are good to me so I feel as if I owe them loyalty."
Law, who will face his brother Nicky in the Premiership play-off final against Rangers, added: "My focus, first and foremost, is to try and ensure Motherwell stay in the SPFL Premiership then hopefully we can kick on from there."
