Swansea City forward James Demetriou has been charged with betting offences by the Football Association.
A statement on the FA website said the 19-year-old "has been charged for alleged multiple breaches of FA Rule E8 in relation to betting".
Demetriou has until 1 June to respond to the charge.
The Australian-born Cyprus Under-21 striker joined Swansea from Nottingham Forest on a free transfer in August 2014 but has not made his senior debut.
A Swansea City spokesperson told BBC Wales Sport: "We are aware of the matter and currently monitoring developments."
