Luton Town have agreed to sign Norwich City midfielder Cameron McGeehan on a two-year contract for an undisclosed six-figure fee on 1 July.
The 20-year-old has had two separate loan spells at Kenilworth Road, the most recent coming last season when he scored three goals in 15 league games.
McGeehan was part of the Cambridge United team that drew with Manchester United in the FA Cup in January.
He came through the Canaries ranks but never played a first-team game.
"We all know what Cameron is capable of. We have seen it in the last two seasons," Luton boss John Still told the club website.
"Cameron has become a Luton Town player. He gets it. He loves the club and the fans have really taken to him.
"That's what we have tried to install in all of our players and that can only bode well for now and the future."
