Dean Bowditch: MK Dons midfielder signs contract extension
Dean Bowditch has signed a new contract with Championship-bound MK Dons which keeps him with the club until 2017.
The 28-year-old forward made 40 appearances for the Dons this season as they finished second in League One.
"As soon as the club said they wanted to offer me a contract, I was really pleased," he told the Dons website.
"It was a bit of an up and down season for me but I thought I finished well, and the chance to play in the Championship is very exciting."
He continued: "As a team, we finished brilliantly and hopefully we take that momentum into next season, which I can't wait for."
Bowditch joined the Dons from Yeovil in 2011, having previously had spells with seven different clubs, including Ipswich, Brighton and Brentford.
