Blackpool have signed Brad Potts from Carlisle United and goalkeeper Kyle Letheren from Dundee on two-year deals.
Potts, 20, was out of contract this summer and joins Blackpool after they agreed compensation with the Cumbrians.
Welshman Letheren, 27, featured 56 times in all competitions for Dundee, but was released by the Scottish Premiership side in May.
"As soon as I spoke to the manager I wanted to come down and sign," Potts told his new club's website.
"I've played in League One before with Carlisle and I enjoyed it, so hopefully I can come here, play some games and do well."
Potts's deal also includes an option for another year at the end of his two-year contract.
