Premiership newboys Carrick Rangers have signed midfielders Joe McNeill and Mark Surgenor in one-year deals.
McNeill makes the move from Coleraine while Surgenor left Ballymena United at the end of last season.
Rangers were promoted after winning the Championship title and have added top-flight experience for their first campaign in the Irish Premiership.
The Taylors Avenue club has also brought in defender Andrew Doyle from Ballyclare Comrades.
McNeill joined the Bannsiders on loan from Cliftonville in January last year before signing a permanent deal with the club.
