Adam Smith: Forward joins Wrexham from FC Halifax Town

FC Halifax Town forward Adam Smith has become Wrexham's eighth signing of the close season.

Smith began his career at Chesterfield and has also played for Gainsborough, York City, Mansfield Town and Lincoln City.

He spent two seasons at Halifax, where he scored four goals in 80 appearances for the Shaymen.

The 30-year-old is the latest player signed by manager Gary Mills, who was appointed in April.

Lee Fowler, Cameron Belford, Jamal Fyfield, Adriano Moke, Dominic Vose, Sean Newton and Javan Vidal have also signed for Wrexham.
