Fulham have signed Bolton goalkeeper Andy Lonergan and Rotherham midfielder Ben Pringle on free transfers.

Both players have agreed two-year contracts with the Championship side, with the Whites having the option to extend those deals by a further year.

Lonergan, 31, made 32 appearances for Bolton last season and featured a total of 62 times during his three-year stay at the Macron Stadium.

Pringle, 26, scored three goals in 42 outings for the Millers in 2014-15.

The former Ilkeston Town player joined Rotherham from Derby in 2011 and helped the Yorkshire side win the League One play-off final in 2014.

In total he scored 22 goals in 168 appearances for the club.

Lonergan, who began his career with Preston North End, spent time with Leeds United before moving to Bolton in summer 2012.

The duo are Fulham manager Kit Symons' first two signings of the summer transfer window.

Meanwhile Symons has released veteran keeper Gabor Kiraly along with defender Tim Hoogland, midfielders Adil Chihi and Chris David, and striker Hugo Rodallega.

Colombia international Rodallega scored 11 goals in 38 games last season - his most prolific season at Craven Cottage since joining from Wigan in 2012.
