National League side Cheltenham Town have signed Charlton goalkeeper Dillon Phillips on loan until 2 January.
Phillips, 20, has yet to make an appearance for the Championship club.
"He is a 20-year-old, 30-year-old," Cheltenham boss Gary Johnson told BBC Radio Gloucestershire. "He is perfect for us and exactly we're looking for.
"He trains with that presence of a much more experienced keeper. His keeping was the most important thing to me and he's grown in stature over the years."
Johnson continued: "He is a presence and I'm happy we've got someone who is willing to throw himself about and order his defenders about. Charlton rate him very highly, they want him to start getting experience and he has a good chance of playing in the Championship at some stage."
Meanwhile, Cheltenham defender Matt Taylor, 33, has joined League Two side Newport County, having been released earlier on Monday.
