Bryan Ruiz: Sporting Lisbon sign Fulham forward on three-year deal

Sporting Lisbon have signed Costa Rica forward Bryan Ruiz from Fulham on a three-year contract that includes a £43m buyout clause.
Ruiz, who joined the Cottagers for £10.6m from FC Twente in 2011, scored 13 times in 106 games for Fulham.
The London club took up an option in May to extend the 29-year-old's contract for another year, which allowed them to receive a fee for him.
Ruiz played 32 times for the Championship club last season.
Sporting finished third in the Primeira Liga last season and revealed on their website they had included the 60m euro buyout clause in Ruiz's deal.
Ruiz saw a loan move to La Liga side Levante fall through earlier this year.
