England up to fifth in Fifa rankings after Women's World Cup

England women have moved up to fifth place in the Fifa rankings, the highest position in their history.
Mark Sampson's side beat Germany 1-0 on 4 July to finish third at the Women's World Cup in Canada.
The United States, who won the competition by beating Japan 5-2 in the final, have displaced Germany as the number one nation.
France, who made the quarter-finals after beating England in their opening match, are in third, and Japan fourth.
Sweden, who were beaten by Germany in the round of 16, slipped to seventh, while Canada fell to 11th.
Cameroon, who made the last 16 in their first ever World Cup appearance, moved up 10 places to 43rd.
