Willie Muir was the hero as Queen's Park won a penalty shootout over Edinburgh City in the first round of the Scottish Challenge Cup.

During a goalless 120 minutes, City's Mark Osborne and Sean Muhsin put good chances wide.

Muhsin, Dean Carse and Osborne were all denied by Queen's Park shot-stopper Muir in the shoot-out.

Paul Woods, Anthony Quinn and Bryan Wharton scored the decisive spot-kicks for the Spiders.
