National League side Forest Green Rovers have signed goalkeeper Jonny Maxted on a one-year contract following a trial with the club.
The 21-year-old started his career with Doncaster Rovers before joining Hartlepool United last November.
"I'm going to come in here and do my best. That's all I can do," Maxted told the club's website.
He had been on trial with QPR, but joined Rovers last week following injuries to two of their goalkeepers.
