Boreham Wood: Conor Clifford & Bristol Rovers' Jamie Lucas join

Boreham Wood have signed ex-Southend midfielder Conor Clifford on a one-year deal and Bristol Rovers striker Jamie Lucas on a one-month loan.
Clifford, 23, played 36 league matches for the Shrimpers over two years.
But he had not played for Southend, who won promotion from League Two last season, in 2015 and spent the latter part of the term on loan at Barnet, where he won the Conference title.
Lucas, 19, has had loan spells at Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester City.
