Matt Richards: Ex-Cheltenham midfielder joins Dagenham

Former Walsall and Cheltenham midfielder Matt Richards has joined League Two side Dagenham and Redbridge on a one-year deal.
The 30-year-old has impressed while on trial with the Daggers, creating two goals in the 2-1 pre-season friendly against Southend last week.
Richards played 50 times for Cheltenham last season as the club were relegated into the National League.
He began his career at Ipswich and also had spells at Brighton and Shrewsbury.
