Montrose opened the scoring after 20 minutes, with Fraser neatly converting into the top corner after Ross Campbell's pinpoint delivery.
Fraser doubled his tally before the interval as he latched on to Ross McCord's pass.
Ross Campbell made it three when he charged into the box before firing low into the corner before Fraser squandered a chance for a hat-trick.
