Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale says there is still more to come from his side after their dramatic 3-2 win over West Country rivals Yeovil Town.
Will Hoskins' late debut goal ensured an opening day win for the Grecians.
"I don't think we're firing on all cylinders yet, I don't think we're physically at our best yet," he said.
"I don't think we're quite yet back to our physically strongest, but we've come away with three points and we've played some really good football."
Exeter, who gave debuts to four players, recovered having surrendered a 2-0 half-time lead.
"The team is very settled and I was pleased with the new signings," Tisdale told BBC Radio Devon.
"There are things to look at, but I'm not going to beat the players over the head about it.
"They've won the game, they clawed themselves back into it having let a two-goal lead slip and we move on to Tuesday."
