Callum O'Dowda came off the bench to help Oxford United come from behind against Notts County and claim a first league win of the season.
Thierry Audel's header from Graham Burke's free-kick put County ahead.
First-half substitute O'Dowda drove home Liam Sercombe's centre for the equaliser, before laying on a cross for Kemar Roofe to score after the break.
Roy Carroll saved an Alex MacDonald penalty before Danny Hylton rounded off victory with 12 minutes remaining.
Oxford boss Michael Appleton told BBC Radio Oxford:
"There were a few players disappointed with themselves at half-time after we went behind.
"But, to come back from a goal behind and put a performance on like they did in the second half, I'm absolutely delighted."
